"In July 2024, I contacted Taylor regarding my auto insurance (I was no longer satisfied with a company that I had done business with for 20 years), after speaking with her, I decided to switch over my home and auto insurance. Taylor answered all of my questions, helped me revise my coverages for a better rate, whilst providing personable customer service. I informed my former agent that I would be leaving and why, their response: Don't worry in this market you'll be back. (No, I will not) A few months later, I contacted Taylor again to switch my life insurance policies as well. I could not be happier. If I could give 100 stars I would."
